⭐President’s Message
It’s going to be a busy but fun week. Plan your Book Fair trip or shop online. Spirit Night at Crumbl is Wednesday, so be sure to schedule your pickup. Thursday will bring us International Night. A favorite for many! Reflections submissions are due Friday! (Share what your culture means to you through art, writing, music, dance, photography, or film).

⭐Membership
Become a PTA member for the ‘26-’27 school year online here- anyone (parents, students, grandparents, your neighbors!) may join! Members are not required to volunteer or attend meetings (although we love when you do!).
Total Member Count: 238 (this number includes teachers, staff, community members, parents, and students)

⭐Fall Raffle
The 2026 Teacher Experience Raffle is here! Your Springer could win principal for the day, an ice cream party, a pizza lunch with friends, and many more memorable experiences with their favorite teachers!
🎟️ Enter to win here. A paper order form will also be sent home, but we encourage you to order online if able! Raffle entries will close the evening of Fall Festival at 8 PM.
⭐Fall Festival Oct 29
This year’s Fall Festival will be Thursday, October 29, from 5-7. We need help from our community to make this fun event happen!

🎃Trunk or Treat
Sign up to decorate a trunk here! The prize for the best-decorated trunk will be 2 wristbands to the Spring Carnival.
🍬Candy Donations
Please send in bags of individually wrapped candy for Trunk or Treat. We don’t want to run out of candy and end the fun early!
🧶Vendor Market
Our Springer Family market is back! Registration forms were sent home last week. This market is for homemade items, and we especially encourage our Springers to grab a friend and sell their crafted items! Vendor table spots are free for PTA members and $10 for non-members (save $2 and grab that $8 membership here!).
🎃Spooky, Sweet & Inclusive Trick or Treat
This year's Fall Festival will include the brand-new Spooky, Sweet & Inclusive Trick or Treat! This alternative sensory-friendly option will be in the gym at the same time as the trunk or treat. Donations are needed to make this possible! Check out what's still needed on our Google Doc, and email Beth Sanmartin at yearbook@springfieldparkpta.org! Please bring donations to the front office.
⭐Spirit Event: Crumbl Cookies Tomorrow!
Our next Spirit Night will be at Crumbl Cookies (near Publix) Wednesday from 4-8 PM. In-store and online orders support our school!
⭐Yearbook Cover Contest
The cover contest starts TODAY! This year, the contest is open to all students. Flyers with rules and guidelines are coming home this week in yellow folders. All entries are due to the front office by Dec. 18. Contact yearbook@springfieldparkpta.org with any questions!
Please submit your photos throughout the year! Upload on the Treering app, email yearbook@springfieldparkpta.org, or text 804-464-8323 to submit!

⭐Family Friday Food Truck Oct 16.
The All American Eats food truck will be in the front car loop Friday 10/16 from 9:30-12:30 AM. Pre-orders closed at 10 AM Monday, 10/12. Please arrive a few minutes before your child’s lunchtime in order to pay (credit cards only) and pick up your pre-order. Once you have your food, please proceed to the office to sign in. Then, you may meet your child and head to the outside picnic tables. Remember, all campus visitors must have completed the HCPS Volunteer Application.
Ordering from the food truck is not required to visit your Springer for lunch.
⭐Reflections- Deadline Friday
Each year, the PTA Reflections program offers students a platform to express their unique perspectives and interpretation of a student-created theme. For the 2026-2027 school year, the theme is “What My Culture Means to Me”. Entry forms and submissions are due via email by Friday. If you have questions, contact Emily Mason at reflections@springfieldparkpta.org
⭐Fall/Winter Family Photo Sessions
We’re bringing back our family mini photo shoots! We’re excited to do them again with a cozy fall-to-winter theme. Spots are limited, so be sure to grab yours before they’re gone! Perfect for updating those family photos just in time for the holidays. 🍁✨
Sessions are $10 and will take place Wednesday, October 28, from 12 PM- 4 PM. Claim your spot here!
